Hospitality & Experiential Work…
…translating institutional values into lived guest experience through food.
Selected Hospitality Case
Maquette Museumpark, Rotterdam
For a fundraising dinner supporting the Maquette Museumpark in Rotterdam, I was asked to interpret the institution’s mission—not through speeches or decks, but through a six-course dining experience designed for an audience of cultural leaders, partners, and supporters.
Each course translated one of the museum’s core principles—expect the unexpected, intimacy, innovation, unpacking, choice, transparency—into flavor, sequence, and presentation, turning abstract values into something guests could physically experience.
This is the kind of work I do when organizations want food to function as more than cuisine: as narrative, as culture, and as a tool for connection.
This approach is especially relevant for hospitality and food brands navigating growth, visibility, or cultural responsibility—when what you stand for needs to be felt, not just stated.
